Looking for something to do this Sunday? Tell your friends and family to come to Bde Maka Ska for Free Sailing Sunday at the Minneapolis Sailing Center!

⛵We'll be giving members of the public FREE 20-30 minute sailboat rides from 12:00-5:00pm.
⛵Rides are open to all ages of the public on a first come, first served basis.
⛵No sailing experience is needed, an experienced staff/volunteer sailor will be on the boat with you.

Mark your calendar for a free water safety class this Saturday!

We're partnering with the City of Plymouth Parks and Recreation Aquatics and Abbey's Hope to offer a FREE water safety class for kids ages 8-12 and their families in our community.

Participants will learn important water safety skills with swim instructors and lifeguards there to guide and supervise activities.

REMINDER: Women's/LGBTQ+ Social Hour is tomorrow, Thursday, August 6th 5:00-6:00pm at the MSC boathouse.

Social Hour is open to folks that have taken our Women's/Queer Keelboat classes and members who identify as women and/or LGBTQ+.

We'll have light snacks and cold drinks for attendees to enjoy. NEW this social hour, we have two Ensigns reserved from 6:00-7:00pm. So if you meet a new sailing friend, you can get out for a quick sail!
