Today, on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia, we at the Bisexual Resource Center remain committed to challenging biphobia, transphobia, and homophobia while advocating for affirmation, visibility, safety, and liberation for bisexual+ and LGBTQ+ communities.
Biphobia often exists both outside of and within LGBTQ+ spaces, contributing to invisibility, stigma, and mental health disparities for bisexual+ people. Today is a reminder that advocacy means challenging harmful assumptions, affirming all identities, and creating communities where people do not have to “prove” who they are to belong.
We stand with bisexual+, transgender, nonbinary, q***r, and all LGBTQ+ individuals in the ongoing fight for safety, dignity, liberation, and care.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate all kinds of mamas.
Mamas with different bodies. Different stories. Different journeys. Different expressions of love.
Some mamas give birth. Some adopt. Some foster. Some become chosen family. Some are stepmoms, bonus moms, aunties, grandmothers, mentors, or the safe adult a child needed.
Some mamas are transgender. Some are nonbinary. Some are q***r. Some are cisgender. Some have breasts and uteruses. Some do not.
Some children have one mama. Some have two. Some have three loving adults helping raise them.
What makes someone a mama isn’t one specific body, path, or family structure.
It's love. Care. Protection. Presence. The fierce and tender way someone shows up for the people they love.
Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas loving, nurturing, protecting, and helping create a more beautiful world. ❤️

Happy Pansexual Pride Day!
💛🩷💙
Today we celebrate pansexual people and honor the beauty, complexity, and expansiveness of human love and attraction.
Pansexuality means being attracted to people of all genders or regardless of gender. It doesn’t ignore gender — it simply recognizes that connection, chemistry, and love can’t be contained by binary boxes.
Pansexual folks often face erasure, stereotypes, and misunderstanding, and days like this help bring visibility, celebration, and truth to the forefront.
So today — and every day — Real Mama Bears affirms and uplifts our pan community members.
✨ You are valid.
✨ You are seen.
✨ You deserve love, safety, and joy.
Let’s continue working toward a world where every LGBTQ+ person can live openly, authentically, and without fear.
Together, we can change the world. 💛💗💙
