MCAE has partnered UMN RecWell to bring you SWEAT WITH SOUL! This event is on October 18th from 5:30-7:00pm at the RecWell. We want to support BIPOC & First Gen students find their connect to health and wellness. We’ll have prizes, activities, food, access to trainers, and more! See you there!!!

Are you interested in engaging with incoming first year students and advertising your student group? Join us at MCAE Kick Off's 2022 Connect & Kickback Event! The event will take place Monday, August 29th, 2022 from 6:30pm-8:00pm (Set-up @ 6:00pm, teardown at 7:45pm) in Walter Library. Space IS limited so please apply by August 10th, and we will notify you if your student group has been approved to participate by August 17th. Do you love being on stage or have a hidden talent? Are you in a performance-based student group? Apply to perform at the 2022 Multicultural Showcase! The event takes place Wednesday, August 31 from 3:00pm - 4:00pm and 4:45 - 5:45pm at McNamara Alumni Center. Display a dance, sing a song, perform a spoken word, ANYTHING! MCAE Kick Off is a three-day event where you’ll meet hundreds of your peers who are also first-generation students, students of color, and Native and Indigenous students.

Build a sense of community, make connections, and get ready for that first day of classes by participating in MCAE Kick Off 2022!

Your 2021-2022 MCAE & COIN Full-time staff team! What a year! We are working hard over the summer to prepare for another great year of growth, learning, and excellence!
