Halfway through the first week of summer session 1 and the energy has been bright! ☀️

We’ve already packed in so much fun and can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer has in store. 💛

The school year may be over, but the fun isn’t taking a summer vacation! 💛

Summer at Creekside promises plenty of opportunities for learning, discovery and fun, with special guests, water days, music and popsicles of course! We can’t wait to see you back at school next week to kick off a fun-filled season!🌻

For young children, even a short walk can feel like a grand adventure 💚✨

These photos were taken at our annual end-of-year walk to the creek, a beloved tradition for our Children’s House class. The destination is exciting, but magic happens with each step- a birds nest, a blooming flower, and experiencing the joy of moving.

As we pause for a week away from the classroom, we encourage families to embrace the simple adventure of a walk together. Sometimes the best journeys are the ones closest to home.

We are teaming up with Guiding Growth to offer a gentle space this summer for caregiver-and-child Montessori classes! 🤍

Classes for infants, toddlers and their grownups beginning June 8th. Come learn, connect and grow with us on Mondays from 10-11:30 a.m. upstairs at Creekside.

Our garden is beginning to fill with new life, lovingly watered by little hands- and some help from the coming rain. 🌱🌦️

Throughout the week, the children have been able to participate and get their hands dirty, tending to the garden with purpose and care on plant at a time.

A huge thank you to everyone who donated or purchased from the plant sale- we’re so grateful to have a community that helps us grow. 💚✨

We sure are- especially with MN blessing us with temps reaching 80 today! Our classrooms are filled with sunshine, smiles and sweet moments as summer is just around the corner. Wishing all of our families a wonderful weekend filled with sunshine, laughter and play. 🧡✨
