Bright Prospects is proud to lead the way in supporting fair compensation and meaningful benefits for early educators.

This year’s donations will help fund a bookkeeper, employee maternity leave, and classroom air conditioning — in addition to covering daily operating costs.

Bright Prospects is making a tremendous difference in Minnesotan family's lives, in large part because of the preschool’s amazing teachers.
Beyond helping to cover daily operating costs, donations this year will fund teachers’ retirement accounts, facilitating a 3% SIMPLE IRA match. While most preschools do not offer their teachers retirement benefits, Bright Prospects is committed to doing right by its teachers, providing this and other quality benefits.

Last year marked Bright Prospects’ 75th anniversary, and we want to see the preschool remain strong and lead the way on fair compensation for preschool educators for years to come. Thank you for your support!!

We're at the Midtown Farmers Market today, stop by and say hi!

Today was the exciting end of our week-long bus camp! All week long, BPCP families have been taking the bus to different playgrounds in our community, but today we got to tour a bus garage! Students got the chance to learn about a bus driver's day as well as how the busses are maintained, and even got to go through the bus wash. Thank you so much to Metro Transit and our hard-working parents who put this experience together!

🚨🚨🚨 BPCP students were visited by the fire department this morning! Firefighters talked to our students about fire safety, their gear, and how their truck works, then gave the kids an opportunity to check out the firetruck! Thank you so much to our local firefighters, teachers, and parents for coordinating this amazing experience!

BPCP students have spent the past few weeks exploring the ocean! Through arts and crafts, songs, and books, the kids have learned about a new sea creature every day. Our amazing teachers also came up with a fun game that taught students about directions on a ship! We hope that everyone has a safe and fantastic spring break!
