8 years ago, we took the leap of faith to bring the work that was transforming our own personal classrooms and learning environments to more schools, districts, nonprofits, and organizations by launching Incubate to Innovate ✨ It has been filled with so many moments of joy, growth, collaboration, learning, connection, and transformation ✨
We are grateful every day for the work that we get to do as we come alongside our clients and friends to Incubate Ideas, Innovate Strategy, & Create Paths for Learning ✨
Thanks for being on the journey with us. We can’t wait to see what the next year will bring ✨

Management guru Peter Drucker famously said, “Culture eats strategy for breakfast” ✨
You can have the best curriculum, the most innovative tools, and the strongest strategic plan, but if the culture doesn’t support learning, none of it will stick ✨
Learning cultures are built on trust, curiosity, collaboration, and a growth mindset. They’re places where questions are valued as much as answers, mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, innovation is encouraged (not punished), and everyone, from the newest teacher to the head of school, is a learner ✨
Culture isn’t built through mission statements and posters on the wall. It’s built through rituals and routines; the repeated actions that signal what we truly value ✨
When learning is visible, it becomes contagious. It normalizes growth, demystifies the process, and builds collective capacity ✨
At i2i, we don’t just work on programs. We work on culture, because that’s where lasting change happens.
What does the culture of learning look like in your organization? And what would it take to strengthen it? ✨

It’s hard to believe, but the last days of school are upon us ✨ Concerts, ceremonies, celebrations, parties…let’s do our best to cherish each moment and pause long enough to celebrate the growth and transformation in ourselves, in our students, and in others ✨
Wow, what a year, edleaders. We are celebrating YOU today and another year of teaching and IMPACT ✨

Roadmaps assume you know the destination. Pathways acknowledge that the terrain is changing ✨
In a predictable world, roadmaps worked. You could plan five years out with confidence. But we’re not in that world anymore ✨
Today’s most successful organizations, from Amazon to innovative school systems, don’t rely on rigid strategic plans. They create pathways: flexible, iterative, responsive ✨
Pathways allow for exploration and discovery, pivoting when new information emerges, multiple routes to the same goal, and learning along the way ✨
The best learning pathways don’t feel mandatory; they actually feel magnetic. When people are curious, engaged, and have agency in their learning, they don’t just show up. They lean in ✨
At i2i, we help organizations design learning pathways that embrace uncertainty and make space for innovation ✨ Because the future isn’t a fixed point on a map; rather, it’s a landscape we navigate together.
What pathways are you creating for learning in your organization?

In 1990, Peter Senge introduced us to “The Learning Organization.” Today, it’s no longer optional; it’s essential ✨
Organizations that prioritize continuous learning are 92% more likely to innovate and 52% more productive than their peers (Deloitte Human Capital Trends) ✨
The half-life of skills is now less than 5 years. What we knew yesterday won’t carry us through tomorrow. In education, this means that within our schools, we must model what we teach: curiosity, adaptability, and growth ✨
When learning stops at the student level, innovation stops too. But when entire systems learn together, teachers, leaders, and support staff, transformation becomes inevitable ✨
The question isn’t “Should we become a learning organization?” It’s “How quickly can we get there?” ✨
At i2i, we partner with schools and organizations to build learning cultures where continuous growth becomes the norm, not the exception ✨ Head to the linktr.ee in our bio to grab our free resources and sign up for a discovery call with the i2i team today ✨
