The Internal Coaching Network (ICN), a partnership between International Coaching Federation Minnesota Chapter (ICF MN) and Center for Coaching in Organizations (CCO), brings together professionals who are leading or participating in internal coaching programs within organizations across the Twin Cities.

ICN creates a confidential, judgment-free space for internal coaches to connect, share best practices, and explore common challenges such as strategic alignment, program funding, and leading change inside organizations. Through a mix of in-person and virtual gatherings throughout the year, the network fosters learning, innovation, and community among those advancing coaching cultures within their organizations.

The April Internal Coaching Network (ICN) session brought together a highly experienced group of coaches and leaders for a candid exchange on the impact of AI on coaching within organizations, as well as a “Coaching Lab” where a couple of internal coaches shared challenges they are facing and gathered suggestions and inputs from fellow coaches in a safe and confidential environment.

If you are currently leading or participating in an internal coaching program and are interested in learning more or joining the network, we invite you to connect with the ICN community. This session launches a new year-long coaching demonstration series designed to give participants a rare opportunity to observe the full arc of a real coaching engagement rather than a single stand-alone session. Across four sessions spread over the year, the same professional coach and the same volunteer client will work together on one meaningful topic, allowing attendees to witness continuity, relationship development, evolving agreements, and measurable progress over time.
