Building community and strengthening cultural heritage The Eritrean Student Association serves as a cultural community at the University of Minnesota.
It acts as liaison for Eritrean university students, non-Eritrean university students, and the larger Eritrean community in Minnesota to connect with one another. The Eritrean Student Association incorporates community space for students interested in Eritrea, contributes to international campus and community events, participates in social justice initiatives and promotes the cultural heritage of Eritrea.

The Blackstudentunion Umn is an essential partner for MSA and our accurate representation of of black, African-American and African communities on campus. They are leaders in campus activism and building community. From standing in solidarity with our peers at Mizzou to hosting critical conversations about identity, BSU is on the front lines for racial justice and supporting communities of color at the University of Minnesota and beyond.
We are humbled by their support and look forward to even greater collaboration next year. – Abeer & Sam
