Project 8V GTI is well underway. This car had sat for over 11 years! Students have been detailing in the interior while waiting for fuel pumps to arrive. This car will be at Back To The 80's - MN in June!

Big things are happening in the shop at Newgate! Our students got hands-on training in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) this week — the same driver safety tech that’s showing up in almost every new car on the road.

Huge shoutout to the Minnesota state Transportation Center of Excellence for helping make this possible, and to Llew Olivier for coming in to share his knowledge and experience with our students.

This kind of training keeps our students ready for the cars of today (and tomorrow), and we’re so grateful for the support that helps make it happen!

We are thrilled to welcome Samaritan Tire Company to the list of incredible partners that support Newgate School!

In the spring, we were honored to be the beneficiary of their 19th annual car show, which was an incredible event with live music, food, cars and many surprises. They have locations in Minnetonka and Edina with teams ready to help you for vehicle tire needs.

Last weekend, we welcomed Samaritan Tire to our car show, and they showed us continuous support by donating a SET OF TIRES to one lucky winner from our raffles.
