We are excited to announce that McDonald’s and The People Side received a 2023 Silver Award for “Best Advance in Leadership Development” from the Brandon Hall Group.

Together, we designed and delivered a program called “Elevate” that cultivates an enterprise mindset among McDonald's high-potential leaders. This 9-Month learning journey weaves together coaching, immersive learning, and assessment-based action planning to create a powerful and dynamic learning experience that delivered really meaningful results.
