Every walk with nature one receives far more than they see. There is nothing quite as peaceful and as calming as pausing to explore and listen.

The forest has a way of reminding us that every season is a fresh start. Just like the leaves turning or the acorns falling, our days together are full of small beginnings — new friendships, new discoveries, new chances to care for ourselves, each other, and the world around us.
