What a fantastic night! Minnesota represented well along with Marshall’s Computer Animation Team (Matt, Karsten, Caelen, and Joe) and Brennen in advanced spreadsheet and Fundamental Desktop Publishing. They all medaled (top 10). Such a great night as we also ran into Matt and Brennen‘s mom’s and 2 alumni aka Brennen and Matt‘s brothers. We are catching an early flight back to Minnesota with lots of learning and memories achieved. 💕 🥇

What a busy, fun and exhausting last day in Nashville. Day started with some making the walk to the waffle house to fuel up. Next Brennen took us on a picture tour so that Coach Kellen could make us take pictures. Add to that another trip or two to the mall and Broadway Street, an escape room and other adventures and now we pack and get ready for Awards.

It might not look like we were working today, but we really were. You have to make time for some fun and we are grateful for all this experience is providing ! Food trucks, helping Joe, attending the end of competition party, attending a show at the grand old Opry and of course, some have gone to the mall for the zillionth time .

Competition continued …Computer Animation Team presented in finals, Brennen, Matt, and Trina all passed certification tests as part of their competitions. Tomorrow we look forward to some whole group time before the big grand award ceremony. Awards will be live streamed so look for a link to view tomorrow .

Second full day was jampacked with competitions and a little fun as well. Some were able to make an excursion to Broadway Street in Nashville and even try out a bike ride. Brennen was dreaming of passing his expert Microsoft Excel certification…. And passed! Olivia passed her certification exam as well and celebrated with a picture with two of her roomies. Carson and Austin can also be added to the list of getting certified as part of their exams today ! Video Production Team did not make finals but they were able to get a nice picture. Computer Animation Team made finals and will present again tomorrow. Wow was that exhausting so they had to stop and take a nap . We will spend the rest of the night waiting and watching for more updates and planning more fun tomorrow!

Hit the ground running for the day and explored Ga***rd Opryland Resort and the local area. FYI: a person can get lost here! Brennen received his Ambassador Torch medallion . Competition start at 7 AM tomorrow. Let’s go!
