Celebrating the Success of Our "Operations at Scale" Executive Education Program!

Carlson Executive Education, in partnership with NYU, recently completed the "Operations at Scale" Program with our client Justworks. This program embodies our commitment to providing top-tier education that combines cutting-edge knowledge with practical experiences for professionals seeking to excel in supply chain and operations management.

Integrated Learning Approach: At the heart of this program is the seamless integration of theoretical understanding with real-world applications. Participants were immersed in a curriculum covering essential strategies and methodologies, preparing them to significantly optimize supply chain processes and elevate operational efficiency. Thank you to the faculty members who made this a success, including Kingshuk Sinha, Susan Meyer Goldstein, Anant Mishra, and Siddharth Chandramouli.

Invaluable Site Visits: A highlight of the "Operations at Scale" program included immersive site visits to industry-leading organizations. Participants visited Boston Scientific, Target, Mall of America, Best Buy, and 3M. These visits allowed them to witness firsthand the operational best practices of these world-class companies and institutions, translating theoretical knowledge into tangible experiences and actionable insights.

Inspiring Guest Speakers: We were honored to host two distinguished guest speakers who shared their invaluable experiences and expertise: Andrew Miller, Chief Operating Officer of the Minnesota Vikings, and Michael Sanders, Chief Operating Officer of the Minneapolis Institute of Art. Their engaging sessions gave participants a unique perspective on the strategies used to excel in managing operations in their organizations.

Networking and Collaboration: Beyond the curriculum, participants had the opportunity to connect with peers from diverse functions within the Justworks organization. The collaborative environment fostered meaningful networking and potential future partnerships, strengthening the Justworks community of professionals.
