Sixteen principals and nine administrative assistants recently gathered to kick off the 2026-27 Leader in U cohort. Through the Working Genius assessment, participants gained a deeper understanding of their strengths and how to work more effectively together.

Throughout the year, they'll continue growing through coaching, collaboration, and leadership development designed to strengthen their impact in their schools and communities.
