CSPW and the Minneapolis Institute of Art have been teaming up to reinstall the Mia Tudor room with a temporary exhibit featuring the relationship between Early Modern England and the Islamic world. The exhibit will officially launch in June.

A University of Minnesota alumna and several graduate students are working to install an exhibit at the Minneapolis Institute of Art that better showcases the relationship 15th and 16th century England had to the Islamic world.

The Consortium for the Study of the Premodern World (CSPW) and the Digital Arts, Sciences, & Humanities (DASH) program at the University of Minnesota are pleased to announce that we have received a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities for our collaborative project "An Enlightenment Print Phenomenon Unbound: Building a Digital Portal for Exploring Bernard and Picart’s Religious Ceremonies and Customs of the World".
JB Shank (CSPW, CEMH, and UMH History) and Benjamin Wiggins (DASH) will serve as co-principal investigators on this project.
