The feeling of pride when a student finishes a challenging activity is a powerful teaching moment and will help build their self confidence and independence as they grow!

Learning to count, add, and subtract is just an added bonus to a growing sense of autonomy and curiosity.

Yoga is a popular activity in our preschool classrooms, helping us work on gross motor skills, mental clarity, and body positivity.

Plus, child sized yoga mats are so cute 😍

Lunch time at Mandala is always an exciting part of the day with lots of opportunities to practice sharing, food skills, and dishwashing. Children's House 2 had an extra special lunch time this week with table cloths, cloth napkins, and fresh cut flowers, all preparaded by our students!

The food works are some of the most popular activities in the Mandala Montessori classrooms. Whether it's pickles, an apple, quesadillas, or something else, our students LOVE to practice cutting, washing dishes, and of course eating their well earned reward ☺️

The flower arranging work is a popular activity in the Practical Life area of our Children's House preschool classrooms. It helps us learn about caring for plants, putting things in order, and makes our environment beautiful!
