What do 5 gallon buckets, PVC pipes, and pop cans have in common? No this isn’t a contractor’s garage, its Junkyard Band! Come join Ms, Chellie for a week of fun, experimentation, and unparalleled creativity as students will create their own unique instruments out of everyday materials, spare parts, thrift finds and then work as a group to create a composition using their instruments. No musical experience required! At the end of week concert, you’ll be blown away by the artistic, and musical creativity on display in your students’ rice shakers, garbage can cellos, thingamajigs, and doolygabobs!
