Joint Sparring Development Class @ Woodbury National Karate: Saturday, August 22nd @ 1:20pm

Woodbury National Karate will be hosting South Minneapolis students AT Woodbury. The goal of this practice is to bring together our two schools so that everyone can get more experience fighting people that are not just from their own schools.

Please arrive with enough time to be fully in gear prior to the start time
Regular teen/adult sparring at 1pm will be cancelled this day
This sparring class is available to Youth Advanced/Black Belt students and ALL Teen/Adult students
if you are unable to make this sparring class, please notify one of the instructors

Saturday Schedule August 22 - October 3*

2:00 – 2:45 Little Masters, Beginner, and Intermediate BASICS
2:45 – 3:15 Beginner and Intermediate FORM
3:15 – 4:15 Beginner Mega Team
4:15 – 5:15 Advanced NON-musical Mega Team
5:15 – 6:00 Advanced Form and BASICS
6:00 - 7:00 Advanced Musical Mega Team

*No practice Sept 5th. Diamonds Tournament practice is in additional to regular class schedule unless noted

Woodbury National Karate students will be joining us at SOUTH MPLS. Mr. Elias Lemon will be guest instructing this class.

Please arrive with enough time to be fully in gear prior to the start time. The goal of this practice is to bring together our two schools so that everyone can get more experience fighting people that are not just from their own schools.

Regular teen/adult sparring at 1pm will be cancelled this day with the plan to spar as a group with Woodbury. This sparring class is available to Youth Advanced/Black Belt students and ALL Teen/Adult students.
