We're growing! Looking to hire: Hitting Instructor
Locations: Champions Hall (Eden Prairie, MN) and Jet 55 (Plymouth, MN)
Start Date: Flexible
Hours: Approximately 35-45/week (seasonally adjusted)
Compensation: Starting at $50-80K+ (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and growth-minded Hitting Coach to join our player development team across two premier baseball facilities in the west metro of Minnesota; 36,000 sq.ft. on the border of Plymouth & Minnetonka and 16,000 sq.ft. on the border of Eden Prairie & Edina.

This position is ideal for someone who connects easily with players (ages 9 through college) and is passionate about hitting & teaching it. You’ll work with individual athletes, small groups, and full teams, while also helping to guide other instructors and design programs.

You’ll be at the forefront of athlete development, utilizing a blend of biomechanics, data, strength & conditioning, and mindset training.

Force Plates
Simi Markerless Motion Capture
This is a unique opportunity with great earning potential, allowing you to expand your skillset, work with autonomy and take your coaching career to the next level.

What We’re Looking For

-Playing experience at the collegiate level or higher
-Experience in coaching hitters
-A strong understanding of hitting biomechanics
-Leadership ability and experience guiding other instructors
-Willingness to learn and apply new technology
-A passion for teaching and inspiring athletes
-Social content creation experience a plus (blogging, social media, educational material)
-Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in developing athletes - both on and off the field. A growth mindset, curiosity, and a willingness to learn alongside a tight-knit, awesome staff.
