We provide a well-rounded, vibrant sorority experience for our collegiate and alumnae members focusing on sisterhood, community service and personal growth.

Seven Jewish women at Barnard College in New York founded Alpha Epsilon Phi on October 24, 1909. At the time, Jewish woman were not allowed to be a part of any other sorority. These seven women were searching for a group of young women that would contribute to the growth of its members emotionally, intellectually and socially. We're a little behind on Phi of the Week (can you tell it's recruitment season?) but last week's phabulous Phi was Makayla Larson. Makayla, who joined AEPhi last spring, is a junior studying animal science, and we'd like to celebrate her warm personality, enthusiasm, and willingness to take on responsibility within the chapter. Like many AEPhi members, Makayla is pretty busy, juggling academics, the social chair position, and to top it off, she's student manager at the U Card office here on campus. Despite her schedule, though, Makayla always leaves time for Wednesday night bingo at Coffman. 💚

This weeks Phi of the Week is Zoe Richards! Zoe is a senior studying Animal Science and will be attending the University of Minnesota Vet School in the fall! Zoe is phi of the week for the way she was able to lead and mediate discussions held at our retreat this weekend.
