Mauri O Twin Cities Friends - Here is a super cool opportunity for a family to host a high school student from the Island country of Kiribati. There are six students coming to the US next year and I am working to place two of them in homes in the Twin Cities, ideally NE Minneapolis but any place in the TC will work. If you can't you may know a family who would want to. They are sponsored through the American Council Exchange program and all costs are covered. The students all speak fluent English and have been through a rigorous process to get chosen. As you know, Kiribati is near and dear to me.
