Charles Allen, Central Slavic Conference Program coordinator, will make a presentation at St.Olaf called:

"The Cold War as experienced by One American and Ordinary Russians: A Midwestern Youth and Student Years"

on Friday, March 13th in TOH 310 from 3:30 - 4:30 pm.

He is the author of several articles and remains active in the regional and national Slavic Studies organizations and is currently translating a memoir by Victor Nekrasov, one of the Russian writers he knew in Paris.

Russian Department had a wonderful field trip to Macalester College for the screening of "Count Orlov"!
