👶 Are you ready to change all those p**py diapers?! Here’s a look at what could be inside!

💩 Your baby’s stool can vary based on factors such as formula or breast fed, iron supplements, food allergies, and many other things!

🩺 Always consult with your pediatrician if you are concerned about anything you see in your baby’s diaper. Take pictures of the stool or save diapers if needed for your doctor to take a look at!

👶 Your baby’s first p**p is called Meconium which is a dark, sticky, and tar-like bowel movement

💩 Meconium is made up of the waste your baby has accumulated from ingesting amniotic fluid while being in utero

⭐️ Your baby’s bowel movements will start changing after the first couple of days when they start drinking breast milk or formula- so don’t worry this sticky stuff won’t last too long!

🦠 Sanitizing helps get rid of most germs and 99.9% of bacteria and food soils on your baby feeding items

🫧 For a healthy, full term newborn baby, it is recommended by the CDC that you sanitize your baby feeding items and pacifiers once every 24 hours until the age of 3 months old

👶 If your little one was born premature or has a weakened immune system it may be recommended to sterilize your baby's feeding items, which takes getting rid of potential germs and bacteria one step further than sanitizing
*If you are looking to sterilize your baby feeding items, use methods 2, 3, and 4, as your dishwasher can't reach temperatures hot enough to sterilize items*
