What a wonderful day of community, culture, and connection! ❤️

On Thursday, August 27, we had the pleasure of attending the 3rd Annual Elder’s Brain Health Gathering at the Minneapolis American Indian Center.

We enjoyed beautiful traditional dancing and music, connected with so many kind attendees, and had the opportunity to share information about our Study and invite community members to learn more about our research. We also brought a few giveaways to share!

We are grateful for the warm welcome and for the opportunity to be part of such a meaningful gathering. Thank you for having us!

Sydney Towle shared her cancer journey openly, bringing awareness to the realities of facing cancer at a young age. Her story is a heartbreaking reminder of why cancer research matters.

At 10,000 Families Study, we believe every family has a role to play in helping researchers better understand how genetics, environment, lifestyle and health are connected.

Towle used her social media accounts to share her experience with a rare bile duct cancer.
