HD is not inherently good or bad. If you think there are bad parts of your design, it’s because someone hasn’t explained it properly. Or you have a negative association with that thing and are needing a reframe.

If you ever want to connect with the great mystery, grow flowers from seed.

To see something so gorgeous and complex start as a tiny dot is humbling and inspiring all at once.

Then watch the bees and butterflies and humans indulge in that flower’s gifts and be reminded that generosity doesn’t deplete you. We have so much beauty to share with each other.

I’m BACK!

In more ways than one.

Physically, I’m back home from 2.5 weeks gallivanting around Europe.

Professionally, I’m back in my home studio creating content for you after four juicy days of slowly unwinding after Europe.

And the podcast is back too! I just recorded a new episode after 3.5 months off. The episode drops on Wednesday.

I’m feeling inspired and energized after traveling and spending the last few months studying and practicing astrology.

Plus, this chilly fall weather is really putting me in the mood to create.

I’m learning that summer is not the time for me to be indoors, recording and teaching. I’m grateful I took some time off from the pod and am more ready than ever to start things up again!
