But you cannot outwork a bitter root.

Unforgiveness, hurt, and old wounds don’t simply disappear when we stay busy. They grow beneath the surface, and eventually, they affect how we see ourselves, others, and even God.

There is a place for this. ❤️

It’s 2:00 a.m. Your body is exhausted…but your brain is wide awake.

Did I remember everything?
What needs to happen tomorrow?
Did I handle that conversation right?
How am I going to get all of this done?
What am I forgetting?
What if…?

The mental load can be so heavy.

You spend your days taking care of people, solving problems, remembering the things no one else remembers, and carrying responsibilities most people never even see.

And sometimes it feels like there’s no soft place to land.

No place to admit, “I’m overwhelmed.”
No place to untangle the racing thoughts.
No place to simply be still long enough to hear what your heart has been trying to tell you.

But wait…there’s a place for this. 💗

There is space to slow down.

To bring what you’re carrying to Jesus.
