Hsu Lay Wai, a biology graduate of Minneapolis College, has been named one of just 60 students nationwide to receive the prestigious Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship from the Jack Kent Cooke Foundationâand the only recipient from Minnesota this year.
