Why is it so hard to care for yourself but so easy to care for others? It is hard to prioritize and care for yourself because it requires effort.

Your whole life has been centered around taking care of others and it’s exhausting.

Now is the time to focus on loving YOU. What can you do that only requires 5 minutes of your day?

Start with these affirmations:
🦋 I choose to prioritize myself
🦋 I am at peace with who I am
🦋 I am determined to heal and get well

Write down these affirmations and put them on your mirror so you can see them every morning. Reciting these for 5 minutes a day (in the morning or ending your night) will change your mindset to believe these and help kickstart your self love journey.

The 5 Dimensions of Self-Care

When practicing self-care, did you know there are five dimensions of self-care?

The five dimensions are:

✨ Physical
✨ Emotional
✨ Intellectual
✨ Social
✨ Spiritual

The goal here is to incorporate self-care activities into all five dimensions to achieve well-rounded self-care.

Big Things Are Coming in 2022 🥰

This whole month of December has been focusing on shifting mindset & creating strategic biz goals.

The goals I am setting to achieve seem impossible- this is my ego speaking. My Self knows I can do “the impossible” (I love psychology)

I’m learning to reframe my thinking and shift into a place of abundance.

I am terrified but I know I have potential to push myself into doing something “unthinkable.”

Upcoming business ventures include more real estate investing with my biz partners, launching a blog & more!
