You can't have it all.
Someone said that to me this morning.
I said: yes I can.
It surprised me a little. Because I spent years making choices based on the assumption that I couldn't. Not the big dramatic either/or moments — the quiet ones. Not going for the promotion because I told myself I was choosing my kids. Staying small and calling it noble. Calling it responsible. Calling it love.
It wasn't love. It was a ceiling I built myself and forgot was there.
Here's what I know now: wanting a full life is not greed. Wanting the work that lights you up and the relationships that fill you up is not too much to ask. You don't have to starve one to feed the other.
You are allowed to be ambitious and present. Driven and loving. Building something and deeply connected to the people who matter most.
The belief that you have to choose? You can just... put it down.
Nobody has to give you permission. But if it helps — I'm giving it anyway.

FULL MOON IN SCORPIO
Sometimes the symbolism is hiding in plain sight.
I've been sitting with this Scorpio Full Moon wondering how she would show up for me. Scorpio goes deep — into the shadows, into the roots, into what we carry without knowing we're carrying it. I was expecting something dramatic. Something obvious.
Instead I found a little mirror.
My mother used it every day of my childhood. I watched her pick it up a thousand times without ever thinking about it. This morning, while working on a project for my business, I suddenly needed to find it — needed it in a way that felt almost irrational. Needed a piece of my roots in something I'm building for my future.
And there she was. The Scorpio Full Moon. Not dramatic at all. Just a small, quiet excavation of the 4th house — home, mother, what we come from, what we carry forward.
The mirror my mother used to see herself is now part of how I help other women see themselves.
Nothing is random. Nothing is wasted. ✦

Seven years is a long time to have Uranus in your 8th house.
The 8th house is not where you go to feel comfortable. It's where you go to surrender — other people's money, shared resources, the hidden agreements that hold a life together. Scorpio already knows this terrain better than anyone. You were built for depth. For the long hold. For the kind of loyalty that doesn't flinch.
Uranus doesn't care.
Uranus in Gemini coming through your 8th house for the next seven years means the ground you thought was solid — financial arrangements, inheritances, business partnerships, the unspoken contracts in your closest relationships — is going to shift. Sometimes suddenly. Sometimes in ways that feel random, even cruel.
It won't be random. But it will be disruptive.
The Collector of Broken Promises isn't coming to punish you. She's coming to audit. To hand back what was never truly yours to carry. To sever the energetic debts you've been servicing out of loyalty to people who cashed out long ago.
That's not a comfortable process. It's a necessary one.
The women who move through this transit well aren't the ones who white-knuckle their way through every change. They're the ones who learn — faster than they ever wanted to — that surrender is not the same as defeat.
What you release in this season is making room for what the next one requires.

This is Scorpio Week. ✦
In the shadowed halls of the Eighth Gate — where the debts of the soul are tallied and vows echo long after they are spoken — there walks a figure with eyes like Scorpio's flame and a voice split in Gemini's twin tones.
They are known as The Collector of Broken Promises.
Keeper of the words that were spoken but never fulfilled. Guardian of the oaths abandoned midsentence, the whispers left unfinished, the contracts made in good faith that quietly dissolved into air.
Gemini lives in Scorpio's 8th house — the house of surrender, of other people's resources, of what we must release before we can receive. It is not a comfortable placement. Scorpio wants to hold on. Gemini wants to stay in motion. The 8th gate is where those two drives negotiate.
And now Uranus is moving in.
For the next seven years, Uranus transits Gemini — and lands directly in the 8th house of every Scorpio Rising chart. What does Uranus do in the house of surrender? It shakes loose what was stuck. It rewrites agreements you didn't know you were still honoring. It delivers unexpected plot twists around other people's money, shared resources, and the quiet debts of the soul.
The Collector of Broken Promises is about to hand some of those promises back.
What were you still keeping — for someone who stopped keeping theirs?

Most people use astrology to explain the past or predict the future.
But there's a third thing it can do — and it's the thing that changes everything.

It can show you that your life has been coherent all along.
The timing of your best ideas. The season when everything finally clicked. The moment you knew you had to leave something behind. The work that felt like it came through you rather than from you.
None of that was accidental.

Your Rising sign is how you move through the world — your body, your first impression, your instinctive response to everything. Your 2nd house is your relationship with worth and money. Your Midheaven is your public calling. And when the transiting planets activate those points — something in you responds.
An idea arrives. A door opens. You feel the pull.

That's not inspiration. That's your chart doing its work.

Dead reckoning is the ancient art of navigation without landmarks knowing exactly where you are using only your own movement, your history, and the stars above you.
That's what your chart gives you. Not a prediction. A confirmation.

The Astrolabe Series is 12 Rising sign workbooks built for women who are ready to stop drifting and start navigating. Twelve gates. Twelve archetypes. A token system. Journal prompts. And the framework to finally understand why you move through the world the way you do.

All 12 Rising signs available now.

There were things that were never spoken about in your family. Ever. The alcoholism. The abuse. The secrets kept so deep they became part of the foundation — present in everything, named in nothing.

And then there were the things that were spoken about freely. Right in front of you. Conversations that had no business landing on a child's ears — the affairs, the dysfunction, the intimate details of adult lives that got passed around like gossip while someone looked at you and decided you were fine. Old enough. Invisible enough.

You were holding both at the same time. The silence and the noise. The things nobody said and the things everybody said too much.
That's what Scorpio on the 4th house can look like. Not just depth and intensity in the abstract — but a childhood where you became fluent in everything that was hidden, because survival required it.
You didn't choose to be perceptive. You were trained.

That's an extraordinary gift. It also means you grew up carrying things you were never supposed to carry alone.
Understanding your Scorpio 4th house doesn't rewrite your childhood. It gives you the language for what happened there — and the clarity to stop unconsciously recreating it.

The Leo Rising Workbook explores your Scorpio 4th house — the depth beneath your foundation and what it means for the home you're building now.

My youngest had just turned 18. I was ready for whatever came next. I had a domain name, a dream, and absolutely zero content.
Because I didn't know yet what the story was. I just knew Part 1 was over.

Eight years later I finally have something to write about.
The chart knew it would take this long. I didn't. But here we are
and everything I built in those eight years of not knowing is exactly what I needed to be able to help you find your Part 2.

For years I thought I was supposed to follow the map everyone else was using.
The job. The stability. The version of success that photographs well and looks right on paper.
But a river doesn't flow uphill no matter how hard you push it.
I kept fighting the current — working harder, staying longer, shrinking smaller — until I finally stopped paddling against it and asked a different question.
What if I've been reading the wrong map?
I turned back to the thing that had been with me since I was a teenager. The thing I'd never fully put down even when life got loud and practical and serious.
Astrology.
Back then I read horoscopes like they were dispatches from someone who finally understood me. Thirty years later I know what I was actually doing — I was learning to read the river. Learning to see the currents, the eddies, the places where the water runs deep and the places where it opens wide.
I don't hand you a forecast and send you on your way.
I help you learn to read your own river — your patterns, your timing, the version of yourself that has been trying to find her way home this whole time.
Slowly. Honestly. Without a landmark in sight.

There is a crown that was forged in the heart of the Sun itself
cooled in the waters of dawn
and placed upon the brow of those destined to walk as living beacons.

It does not grant power.

*It reveals the power that was always there.*

This is The Solar Diadem — the token of the First Gate in the Leo Rising workbook.

Hammered gold, shaped through triumph and trial.
A sunstone at its center — joy, vitality, the courage to be fully seen.
And along the inner rim, invisible to all but the wearer:
an inscription in a language only the soul can read.

The vow you made before you entered this life.

You don't need to read it. You remember.
