Come see MathCEP at the Minnesota State Fair on Saturday, September 5th! We will be at the Crossroads Building with math activities, games, puzzles, and prizes for all ages. We're happy to chat with you about our programs while we show you what makes math fun!

It's not too late to sign up for Adventures in Math! Our summer enrichment camp is coming up next week from August 11th through 13th. Students will participate in hands on activities that highlight what makes math fun. Math isn't just numbers and equations, sometimes it's kites, deciphering codes, dividing candy, and more!

📣 Get hype for GEM Camp in just a few weeks!

Women make huge contributions in the areas of Math and Science everyday. GEM encourages girls to participate in math and let them know that they are not alone in their love of it! Girls Excel in Math Camp will run August 4th through 6th. Students will participate in hands-on experiments and interactive activities led by instructors and University student mentors from the University of Minnesota. This camp is available to any student including girl-identified students, transgender girls, and nonbinary students in 4th through 6th grade.

Thank you to all of our UMTYMP students who joined us for UMTYMP Summer Camp last week! We are grateful for the opportunity to explore mathematics through hands on activities with our excellent Algebra II and Precalculus students. Adventures in Math and Girls Excel in Math are currently open for registration! Learn and explore from new perspectives. Open to any student finishing grades 4, 5, or 6 in the 2025-2026 academic year. Each camp will go through the same curriculum.

You're invited to the UMTYMP Informational Session! Our team will be visiting Mathnasium St. Louis Park to give you the scoop on the University of Minnesota Talented Youth Mathematics Program. We believe that mathematical opportunities should never be a mystery.. Stop in in, learn about UMTYMP, meet our team, and get your questions answered. During this event, you can enter for a chance to win a scholarship to MathCEP summer camps generously donated by Mathnasium! Eligible to students who have just completed grades 4, 5, or 6.

Our presentation will start at 1pm followed by open Q&A. Staff will be available to answer any questions you may have until 2:30. This event is free and open to the public!
