✨New year, same me!✨

🎉Here is my New Year's post, 3 days late because...same me. 😂

🎯Each year I typically set a few intentions / goals for the year. Usually these fall into categories of personal, professional, family and health. This year, in line with my intention, I am only setting one word to guide my 2024...simplicity.

💆🏼‍♀️My intention is to live life more simply to make more room for my priorities and give myself space to breath and enjoy life and my business. As a "hustler", this is a tricky thing. But I'm ready.

⁉️What does living more simply look like? Well...I think that will take shape as the year progresses, but there are a few things I would like to focus on:

🫧1) Declutter. Both mentally and physically. I'm a sentimental person, and an artist, which means I hang on to a lot of things "just in case." But all this stuff takes up space and time. I'm ready to let it go. Also I tend to ruminate too long on mistakes or missteps. Time to let that go too.

⏳2) Block my time to be fully present. My mind is on 20 things at any given time. But I'd like to block my time to be able to be more present, especially when it comes to family.

🧠3) Let go of stress. This means making time to be active (a huge stress reliever for me), be creative and become more comfortable with being idle (sometimes...I mean, I'm still me right?!).

❤️I'm confident the rest will fall into place and when it doesn't I will come back to this word to guide me...simplicity.
