Minneapolis Academy and Career Center - MACC

Join us for Cooking with Soul on Tuesday, Feb. 24 from 1-3 p.m. at The Davis Center (1250 W. Broadway Ave.) for a live cooking demonstration by Audley Rolle, Bahamian head chef and owner of Paradice Delites Cafe.

Chef Audley is known for flavorful favorites including oxtail, briskets, Bahamian-style mac and cheese, and uniquely flavored soups. Minneapolis Academy and Career Center (MACC) students will assist as he shares rich tastes and culinary traditions. All are welcome to come experience Cooking with Soul!

Do you know what a phlebotomist does? Thanks to Twin Cities Medical Training for introducing MACC students to the profession and offering the opportunity to participate in their spring break 2026 training program!

MACC students and staff visited the Loppet at Theodore Wirth Park on Halloween to carve pumpkins and spend time outdoors. Thanks to the Loppet foundation for hosting us!
