During our conversation, Dr. Phil brought to light some unsettling truths:

👉 In the U.S. today, the average young person lives with 1.4 chronic conditions.
👉 70% of American youth are unable to qualify for military service.

This stands in stark contrast to other nations, many of which place a far greater priority on nourishing their children with real, nutritious food.

We are facing a future we cannot fully predict, but one thing is clear:
If this trajectory continues, the consequences will be profound, not just for our children, but for the country they inherit.

It’s time for a collective awakening. The problems are real, but so is our power to change them.
