In the nation overall, both Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering ranked 17th
(Geoengineering programs were not rated, but our Geoengineering program continues to be strong and well respected.) Among public universities, Environmental Engineering ranked 9, and Civil Engineering ranked 11
