Our youth athletes have been putting in incredible work this summer, pushing themselves and mastering new skills. The progress they've made since the beginning of the summer is impressive, especially for those who are new to the program. Not only have they improved their strength, endurance, and speed, but they've also made significant strides in their mental performance. Through focus, resilience, and a positive mindset, they're learning how to overcome challenges, stay motivated, and have a positive mindset. and maintain that positive outlook. For example, when Coach Sarah tells them to drop and do 20 burpees or run extra laps, they no longer whine or groan about it. They KNOW that is how they improveโit's never a punishment; it's one of many ways to become a better athlete.
We are so proud of their commitment and can't wait to see how they continue to improve!
