we’re only a short drive from Waxhaw and Wesley Chapel. The staff's rapport with their students enables
the nurturing of our students beginning with
age appropriate social skills while expanding to
the basic learning skills beneficial for kindergarten readiness. The s

uccess of our graduates as kindergarten
students speaks for itself. We offer fantastic learning opportunities using the Learning Without Tears curriculum
to tap into the enthusiasm of our 2, 3 and 4 year olds. Fun activities are used to introduce the children
to age appropriate small motor skills and writing ,
math skills, letter sounds, and so much more


We are proud of our Christian approach centered around a weekly
chapel lesson and is supported by classroom activities
and daily steps introducing the children to building
a relationship with Jesus and God. We offer the
opportunity for the children to learn to help others by
participating in simple monthly, mission opportunities. We follow the Union County Public Schools schedule
only starting the Tuesday after Labor Day
and ending the last week in May. This includes holidays, workdays, and weather closings. Children are placed in classes based on their
age as of August 31st which is the criteria used by the
public schools. This puts the child on the schedule to be
ready to enter kindergarten when they have finished the
four year old program. A low ratio of children per classroom allows a more personal relationship and individual attention. In addition to the teacher,
a floating teacher offers assistance as needed.

2 year old classes have 6 students per teacher.
3 year old classes have 8 students per teacher.
4 year old classes have 8 students per teacher. Our nonrefundable registration fee includes all supplies needed throughout the year. The only thing required of parents is a daily snack and a water bottle. Payment of the registration fee guarantees the child's participation for upcoming school year.
2 year old registration: $147
3 year old registration: $154
4 year old registration: $180


We offer an optional Lunch Bunch hour until 1:00 PM for students who bring a bag lunch. The charge is on a sliding scale of approximately $4 or less per day. Some parents select this option not only to extend the child's time at preschool, but also to give the child the opportunity to master the skills of learning to eat in a timely manner under the criteria expected when they enter kindergarten. In February, Miss Ernestine‘s four-year-olds have been celebrating Black History Month. Through activities and stories and conversations, our little learners are discovering how important it is to honor the many individuals who have helped shape our world.
One of the inspiring figures they learned about is Garrett Morgan. They were amazed to discover that he invented the three position traffic signal that helps keep us all safe today.
Through art projects and engaging read alouds, our preschoolers are learning that people from all backgrounds have made -and continue to make - important contributions to society. We are so proud of their curiosity their questions and they’re growing appreciation for diversity, innovation, and kindness.
