The 4th Annual Fire Island Walk to End Alzheimer's took place over the weekend in August. 23. It began at the Saltaire Yacht Club and concluded at the Kismet DIVE. The Alzheimer's Association raises awareness and funding through these walks, which hold deep meaning for families with loved ones who have or are battling the condition. Kim Harris caught some footage of the opening ceremony.
