🌞 We’re back! 🌞

After a little summer break, Ardenwald PTO is getting ready for another great school year! We hope our Ardenwald families are having an amazing summer and soaking up all those last few weeks of sunshine, adventures, and family time. 💛

We want to hear from you! 👇 What have you and your kiddos been up to this summer? A big trip? Lots of camping? Backyard adventures? Maybe just enjoying some slower days at home? Tell us in the comments!

Behind the scenes, our incoming PTO Board will be getting together next week to clean out and organize the PTO room, reflect on last year, and start planning and prepping for the 2026–2027 school year. We have lots of ideas and are excited to get things rolling.

Today, Coach Nahshonia and the team from celebrated our Ardenwald Junior Coaches!

Students enjoyed snow cones, snacks, and drinks while the amazing Playworks staff recognized and thanked them for all their hard work and leadership throughout the season.

Thank you, Playworks, for supporting our students and helping make recess and play a positive experience for everyone! 💙

As we wrap up the 2025–2026 school year, we'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our outgoing PTO Board members.

Danielle, Jesse, and Rachel have devoted so much time, care, and energy to the Ardenwald community, and their impact will be felt for years to come.

While their time on the board has come to an end, we're grateful that they plan to remain active and involved members of our community.

We’re accepting clean, gently used, working-condition donations of:

🥫 Shelf-stable pantry items
🌱 Garden-fresh veggies & starts

Donation drop-off:
📍 Today during school hours at the Front Desk
📍 Tomorrow starting at 12:30 PM at the field

If you’re dropping off tomorrow, please be prepared to help place your items in the designated areas. Feel free to bring tarps, blankets, bins, hangers, or anything else that helps display your items!

♻️ Ardenwald Elementary Community Swap 💚

Join us Saturday, May 30 from 1–3 PM at Ardenwald Field for a fun community swap for Ardenwald Elementary families!

As you spring clean, save your gently used:
🧸 Toys & games
👕 Kid’s clothing
⚽ Sports gear
🏕️ Outdoor equipment
🥫 Non-perishable food
🌱 Garden produce

Bring donations to Ardenwald Field at 12:30 PM on May 30th and place them in the designated areas.

🎶 Enjoy live music from Son de Cuba, plus Kona Ice will be onsite with shave ice available for purchase!
