The ultimate back-to-school staff retreat✨
Today, the SSC family gathered in one room to kick off the new school year, but this wasn’t your average, everyday staff meeting. We brought maximum energy, deep insights, and a whole lot of competitive spirit to our annual Staff Retreat! 7 new members were welcomed to the SSC family ♥️ 50+ passionate teachers, administrators, and support staff members came back in action, along with 11 amazing students who stole the show and shared their invaluable insights. Instead of just talking about school, we stopped and listened to the real experts: our students. We spent part of our retreat hearing directly from students about their genuine perspectives on SSC and their home high school learning. Their feedback gave us incredible inspiration and a clear vision for the year ahead!
🚀The Grand Finale? 🏁🏃♂️💨We wrapped up the afternoon by turning into fierce competitors. Teams went completely head-to-head, practically running over each other to take home the crown in the first-ever SSC Amazing Race! Let’s just say our staff’s competitive drive is unmatched. 🏆We are officially fueled up, inspired, and ready to welcome our students back to campus.
