It's not every day you get to silly string your principal! To celebrate DOUBLING our Move-A-Thon fundraising goal, students got to cover Principal Hardy in silly string from head to toe.

Way to go All Stars and a huge thank you to the Ardenwald PTO for organizing such a successful event!

Today our students celebrated El Camino de Dolores (Dolores's Path)!

El Camino de Dolores is a walk and roll to school day where students and their families are able to celebrate Dolores Huerta’s dedication to social justice by walking to school.

🚴 All aboard the Bike Bus! Students and their families rolled up to campus as a group this morning, along with some friends from the Milwaukie Police Department who joined in on the fun.

A big thank you to our PTO and parent volunteers helped organize the event and set up the route. There will be one more bike bus on October 17, before pausing until the Spring! 🚴

Ms. Sheible and Ms. Kerr's kindergarten classes had some new All-Stars join them this morning! Any first-day jitters were hard to notice as the students got right to it, filling their cubbies, coloring, tracing numbers, and making new friends.

New kindie parents were also welcomed to the Ardenwald community with a meet-and-greet hosted by Principal Hardy.
