CHEERS TO A TRUE TRAILBLAZER! πŸŽ‰ In 1956, Autherine Lucy Foster became the first Black student to attend the University of Alabama. Sadly, after just three days, she had to leave because of angry crowds. Now, 64 years later, the university has honored her bravery with an honorary degree. At 89 years old, she said she was proud to see so many students from all backgrounds graduating. What an inspiring moment! πŸ‘πŸŽ“
