Natalie is a Milwaukee native currently dwelling in the lovely Bay View neighborhood. She has an education in psychology, sociology, and women's studies with emphasis in childhood and adolescence and cultures and communities. She has worked with children at various levels and within several capacities for over a decade. When Natalie was ten years old, she had her first experience as a baby sitter.

With supervision from her mother, she cared for a two-year-old boy while the boy's parents went on their first date in months. Natalie has worked in day care, school, church, and diverse volunteer settings. In addition, Natalie has extensive experience and education with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has provided in-home child care for several children on the spectrum and has worked with Integrated Development Services as a Direct Service Provider for play-based ABA behavioral intervention. She is also completing the Autism Spectrum Disorders certificate through UW-Milwaukee and works as an independent provider for post-intensive ABA services.
