Lincoln Avenue School has meant the world to generations of students, families, staff, and community members. During this challenging time, we have felt an incredible outpouring of love and support through social media messages, donations, visits, volunteer service, prayers, and countless well wishes.

Now, the Hoan Bridge will light up in dedication to Lincoln Avenue School—honoring our students, families, staff, community, and city, past, present, and future.

We are deeply grateful for this beautiful tribute and proud to see Lincoln Avenue School’s light shining brightly across Milwaukee. Our building may have changed, but our spirit remains strong. We are still here—one community, together! 💙💛🦅

La Escuela Lincoln Avenue ha significado muchísimo para generaciones de estudiantes, familias, personal escolar y miembros de la comunidad. Durante este momento tan difícil, hemos sentido una increíble muestra de amor y apoyo a través de mensajes en las redes sociales, donaciones, visitas, servicio voluntario, oraciones e innumerables buenos deseos.

Ahora, el Puente Hoan se iluminará en honor a la Escuela Lincoln Avenue, reconociendo a nuestros estudiantes, familias, personal escolar, comunidad y ciudad—del pasado, del presente y del futuro.
