Partnered with the nonprofit Global Brigades organization, each brigade travels once a year to a low income community to provide education, care and support to their communities!

BRIGADE RECAP‼️
Over the past week, we travelled to Panama and completed the following in the communities of La Venta and Membrillo:
➡️24 community member surveys
➡️418 patients seen during clinic days
➡️112 children received fluoride treatment
We are so thankful to all of the volunteers, supporters, MSOE Faculty, and Global Brigades staff who made this past week possible. We came home with a heart full of new memories and experience to last a lifetime ❤️

Final Clinic Day!
We returned to the community of La Venta to host the clinic for the final time this brigade. We are thankful to all of the Global Brigades staff and community members who made this brigade possible!

Clinic Day 2!
Today was our final day in the community of Membrillo. We spent the day caring for patients, hiking up a mountain trail, and ended with a baby shower for our pharmacist! Felicidades Alexandra ❤️

clinic day 1 complete‼️
We worked with the wonderful community of Membrillo to host our first clinic day at a local school. Members got to help vital patients, assist dentists and doctors, and more! We ended the day with entering our data into the system and a super fun game of volleyball with some new friends from the NC State Water Brigade!!

Today we surveyed the community of La Venta and prepared provide education about dental hygiene. We ended the night with a super fun scavenger hunt!
