Stop by the Wellness Center table in the Campus Center 3rd floor this week from 12-2 to experiment with beer goggles and learn healthy drinking habits.

this week is all about study tips and how to rock your first round of exams!
Some common study pitfalls include:
✖ cramming the night before
✖ not getting extra help
✖ allowing study groups to turn into social groups
✖ giving in to distractions
✖ not getting enough sleep
To work on these pitfalls, come visit us at the Wellness Center. Also academic advisors are available for drop in advising in the CC from 10am-12pm Mon-Thurs.
