Congratulations to Ahmad Issa for passing his INSTRUMENT CHECKRIDE! After having his checkride rescheduled multiple times due to bad weather, he finally had a day where the weather cooperated. Ahmad caught onto instrument flying extremely fast. He studied a lot at home and came to lessons prepared. It paid off! Next step will be Commercial Flight Training!

Congratulations to Max Herrmann for his first SOLO FLIGHT! It’s a day no pilot forgets! There’s nothing quite like seeing your instructor’s empty seat while you fly the airplane all by yourself. Max was a fast learner and will be working towards finishing his Private Pilot Training!

Congratulations to Valencia Caldwell for making her first SOLO FLIGHT earlier this May! Valencia has been a great student to fly with. She always comes in with a great attitude towards learning to fly! Next steps for Valencia are Solo Cross Countries and Private Pilot Checkride prep!

We are excited to announce a new addition to the fleet at Milwaukee Aero. We have added N5432E, a 1978 Cessna 172N! The aircraft is available for booking today!

32E comes to us from Carbondale, IL and is equipped with an Aspen Evolution primary flight display, dual Garmin 430 GPS primary nav/coms, a Garmin GTX320A transponder, and a Garmin GDL82 ADS-B out.

While very similar to our other 172s in most ways, there will be some differences, especially with the avionics configuration. We always recommend scheduling some time with an instructor on any unfamiliar airplane, so please watch the schedule and contact an instructor to get checked out!

The weather may be getting cooler, but our fleet is kept in a heated hangar year round so they’re always ready to fly!
