RISE - Regional Internships in Science & Engineering

A coalition of Minnesota police chiefs, led by Brooklyn Park Chief Mark Rooley, held a press conference to detail a pattern of civil rights violations by ICE agents. They revealed that off-duty officers of color have been stopped without cause, had guns drawn on them, and had their phones knocked away when attempting to film. The chiefs emphasized that if this is happening to cops, they can only imagine what's happening to regular community members.
