Gianni Quintero had set the stage for a historic final state meet, and he delivered with three record-breaking heats to become the most decorated wheelchair athlete in WIAA history.
"The goal was just to go all out the entire weekend, show people in the stands what adaptive sports really is, and how competitive we take it when we want to," he said.
The previous record of 10 wheelchair track titles was also held by a Hilltopper, Joe Schubert '17.
Congratulations on an amazing MUHS career, Gianni!
