At Northwest Catholic School, our Catholic faith is at the heart of everything we do. Here is a powerful example of faith in action as students from all 15 Seton Catholic Schools came together in prayer, worship, and community on the Marquette University campus for the Seton Family of Catholic Schools Mass with Archbishop Grob.

Moments like these remind us that Catholic education is about more than academics, it’s about forming students who lead with faith, compassion, service and purpose.

We are proud to provide an environment where students grow spiritually, academically, and socially. Come experience the difference of a Seton Catholic School education.

At Northwest Catholic School, we believe in helping students achieve their God-given potential. During a visit to Marquette University, 8th grade students from all Seton schools, had the opportunity to explore a college campus, imagine what’s possible and begin envisioning the next steps in their educational journey.

Experiences like these are made possible through the strong academic foundation students receive at Seton Catholic Schools. Our school holds students to high academic standards while supporting them every step of the way and preparing them for success in high school and beyond.

We are proud to inspire confidence, curiosity and big dreams in our students each day.

Our second grade scholars are learning how to tell time on analog clocks! β°πŸ’š

This is an important developmental step because students are building their understanding of number sense, skip counting, sequencing, and how time moves in real life. As they practice reading the hour and minute hands, they are strengthening problem-solving skills and making connections between math and their daily routines.

We are so proud of their focus, perseverance, and growing confidence! 🌟

Second grade knows how to play! β˜€οΈπŸ›πŸ’™

From climbing high to sliding fast and sharing big smiles with friends, our second graders are making the most of recess fun! Playtime helps our students build friendships, confidence, teamwork, and joyful memories every single day.

We love seeing our students learn, laugh, and grow together both inside and outside the classroom!

✨ Learning through play in K5! ✨

Our K5 scholars participate in intentional play every day as part of their learning experience. At this age, play is not just fun β€” it is developmentally appropriate and an important part of how young children learn, grow, and make sense of the world around them.

Through intentional play, our K4 and K5 scholars build language skills, practice problem-solving, strengthen fine motor skills, use their imaginations, and learn how to collaborate with classmates. Whether they are pretending to be community helpers, building with blocks, creating stories, or exploring classroom materials, students are developing important academic, social, and emotional skills.

We intentionally set aside time each day for play because we know young learners thrive when they have opportunities to explore, create, communicate, and learn with joy. These moments help build confidence, independence, curiosity, and strong classroom relationships.

We are so proud of the way our youngest scholars learn, imagine, and grow each day! ❀️

This morning at Northwest Catholic School, we loved celebrating our students and the special people in their lives during our Muffins with MVPeeps event! πŸ§πŸ’™

Students had the opportunity to invite their very own β€œMVP” to school to enjoy muffins, smiles, and quality time together. Families and special guests also created personalized picture frames and took photos together to keep as a special keepsake from the morning. πŸ“Έβœ¨

Thank you to all of the parents, grandparents, family members, and loved ones who joined us today. Events like these remind us how important strong family partnerships are in building a joyful and supportive school community. We are so grateful for our Northwest Catholic families! πŸ’›

Our first graders are having so much fun counting down to the end of the school year by working their way through the alphabet! Today was all about the letter β€œF,” and our students created friendship bracelets to celebrate. πŸ’›

As they designed and shared their bracelets, students practiced kindness, encouragement, and teamwork β€” all values we strive to nurture every day at Northwest Catholic. Activities like these help strengthen friendships while reminding our students the importance of faith, family, and treating others with love and respect.

We are so proud of the joy, creativity, and caring hearts our first graders bring to the classroom each day! ✨
