Transitioning into motherhood can be a scary and overwhelming thing. As a Postpartum Doula it is my job to “mother the mother” while offering physical and emotional support during those sleepless postpartum days.

Whether your looking for light housework or meal prep, someone to occupy your toddler so you can soak in that precious newborn time, or trusted hands to leave your baby in while you take a shower or nap; I can help make sure you and your newest addition are well taken care of.

I am certifying through Birth Arts International and also focusing on breastfeeding education. I have many years of experience with newborns; from colicky babies to blowouts. I am fluent in American Sign Language and have 10 years of experience working with children that have special needs.
